1. Where are your store located and what are the hours?

Answer: 1webglobal is a online  store located In Richardson TX and we are open 24 Hours a Day. Again, we are a online store only and we do have a facility to accept walk in traffic.

2. How long does it take for my products to be shipped and delivered?

Answer: It depends on the product and where it is going to be shipped from. Products shipped from our Texas location can be shipped the same day and arrive in 1-3  days.  Other products might take 1- 2 weeks to arrive depending on the final destination.

 3. Can i see the progress of my order?

Answer: Shopify has created an iOS app,called  Arrive. Using this app customers in North America can track their orders and receive automatic updates on their delivery status. 

customers will have the option to track their orders straight from the Order Status Page. This means a seamless package tracking process, creating a better post-purchase experience for our customers,
